We are pleased to offer a free local delivery service for Newcastle and North Tyneside postcodes.

Local deliveries will be made weekly on Saturdays. 

We do not provide delivery time slots in the first instance, but for local deliveries we can cater to your needs as much as possible if you communicate a desired time slot. We are however a small team and sometimes we aren't able to guarantee a delivery time. 

If you place an order and your delivery address is beyond our range without contacting us, then your order may be cancelled and refunded. We will endeavour to get in contact with you to arrange a postal delivery.

SHIPPING

Currently, we are able to ship within the UK and Ireland. We are working towards International Shipping. Please contact us with any queries relating to International orders.

We try to keep shipping costs as low as we can and are pleased to offer a fast, reliable and trackable delivery service. 

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail.

 

UK

We have three postage options:

1. Free shipping for small purchases under £5

2. Standard Shipping for orders under £30 - £3.95 

3. Free shipping for all orders over £30

Please allow up to 2 business days for your parcel to be shipped if your order is received by 2pm and please note we do not ship orders on Sundays or Mondays. 

IRELAND

We have two postage options:

Standard Shipping - £7.95


Free Shipping for orders over £100

We are happy to try and arrange customised shipping, should you need your parcel quicker, or have specific requirements. Please get in touch before placing your order.

POSTAGE DISCLAIMER

With regret we are unable to insure delicate items such as ceramics, glass and other fragile materials including china, porcelain, clay and concrete. Unfortunately all delivery couriers including Royal Mail do not allow these for compensation to be claimed should these items be damaged in transit. We make every effort to carefully, safely and securely wrap every single order we post to our customers and label such items as fragile in the hope delivery agents will take the time and care to be mindful of delicate products. Should items be damaged in transit an exchange for the same product will be offered. In such cases where the product may not be available, a full refund excluding the postage cost will be given.

Should an order be returned to us if the recipient was unable to receive the order, we reserve the right to charge our standard shipping cost of £5.95 for the item to be redelivered. Please note that all orders have a maximum 3 delivery attempts before the order is returned to us. 

We do not accept liability for incorrect delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided on the order.

We do not accept liability for orders not delivered for reasons beyond out control - fire, flood or mechanical breakdown.
