Shipping and Delivery


Currently, are able to ship within the UK. 

As of February 2024, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24. Royal Mail collect from us every working day and work hard to get your item to you in one business day. 

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay. 


We have three postage options:

1. Free shipping for small purchases under £5

2. Standard Shipping for orders under £50 - £3.95

3. Free shipping for all orders over £50

We try to post everything out on the day it is ordered, if your order is received by 12pm, though please note we do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. 

We are happy to try and arrange customised shipping, should you have specific requirements. Please get in touch before placing your order.

Free Local Pick Up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Whitley Bay shop. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 


International customers can shop with us through our Trouva Shop.


We make every effort to carefully, safely and securely wrap every single order we post to our customers in the hope delivery couriers will take the time and care to be mindful of delicate products.

Should an order be returned to us if the recipient was unable to receive the order, we reserve the right to charge our standard shipping cost of £3.95 for the item to be redelivered.

We do not accept liability for incorrect delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided on the order.

We do not accept liability for orders not delivered for reasons beyond out control, such as fire, flood or mechanical breakdown.

In the event that there is an issue with the delivery of your order, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and any photos. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
