Refund Policy

We really hope you are 100% happy with your purchase, however for any reason you are not entirely satisfied and wish to return to your order, you can do so by following these simple steps.

Please note our returns policy is strictly 14 days for a refund or exchange on unworn and unused goods.

Refunds or Exchanges will not be issued on items where the request to return or exchange your order is made outside our 14 day policy, unless by extenuating circumstances. Your 14 day return policy begins on the day you receive your order. Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE or discounted items, unless faulty or damaged in transit. 

Items Bought Online 

  1. Let us know that you wish to return an item by emailing us at hello@bellwoodslifestylestore.co.uk within 14 days of delivery quoting your order number. Please do not send an item back to us without contacting us first. 

  2. Please securely package your return order ensuring it is in it's original, unused condition. 

  3. Please ensure you send your return order via a trackable postage service as Bellwoods does not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. 

  4. Once we receive your order, a refund or exchange will be processed within 2 business days and credited back to the card you used to make the original purchase within 5 business days. 

  5. Please note that as a small business we are unable to compensate for postage costs and therefore do not include them in our refund policy.  

Unless faulty, we are unable to accept returns of perishable items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), or any item that has been used, returned without packaging or in an unsaleable condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely situation that your your order arrives and there is a fault with it, please email us at hello@bellwoodslifestylestore.co.uk within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include photos of the damaged/faulty item. We will be able to discuss next steps on an case by case basis. Please note we unfortunately do not offer postage refunds on returned items. 

Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. Damaged faulty items will not be refunded or exchanged without prior arrangements confirmed.
