White Mausu Smoky Chilli Oil

White Mausu Smoky Chilli Oil is a salty, spicy and smoky chilli oil, fusing Japanese, Chinese and Korean flavours with echoes of umami. The oil has been deeply infused in a two part process, with a type of Chipotle called Morita Chilli to bring that fruity smoky flavour.

It’s a chilli oil and its applications are endless — all the usuals, bowls of rice, vegetables, beans, on the eggs, drizzled over steak.
