White Mausu Peanut Rāyu

The White Mausu Peanut Rāyu is a flavour bomb in a jar. Inspired by the Japanese condiment Taberu Rayu, aka "edible chilli oil." The irresistible combination of crispy bits, and savoury magic leans on some added sesame oil and is less about setting your mouth on fire and more about cosying up with some mild heat. 

This everyday sauce starts by gently frying crisp and crunchy garlic, with roasted peanuts and sesame, and added Gochugaru. Agave is added for sweetness and Tamari for salt. A dollop of this umami goodness gives life to stir-fries, it’s an egg’s best friend, and the backbone the avocado never knew it was missing.
