White Mausu Smoky Chilli Oil

The White Mausu Smoky Chilli Oil is a salty, spicy and smoky chilli oil, fusing Japanese, Chinese and Korean flavours with echoes of umami. The oil has been deeply infused in a two part process, with a type of Chipotle called Morita Chilli to bring that fruity, smoky flavour.

The applications are endless - add a dollop to rice bowls, vegetables, beans, eggs, or drizzled over your favourite meat dishes.
