Catchi’s Kimchi Hot Sauce is handmade in Newcastle upon Tyne in Kimchi HQ, using 6 month fermented vegan kimchi. This ensures a super tangy umami flavour. It is then blended with more Korean spices, pastes and scotch bonnet chilli's to create a Sriracha-style drizzle with the punchy flavour of kimchi!
