White Mausu Black Bean Rāyu is salty, funky and hot. Chinese black beans form the base of this rāyu, mixed with infused chilli and warming spices like star anise and cinnamon. First, there’s a fruitiness that develops rich, smoky, miso-like undertones. Then bam! That back-of-the-throat-warming chilli kicks in.
